Why it's in the top 50

Mewtwo and Gyarados are in the top 10 most searched characters on eBay.it (30,131 and 13,827 searches in 2023).

What to know

The Shinings are the game's first shiny cards: Shining Gyarados and Shining Magikarp open the series in Neo Revelation (2001), Shining Mewtwo arrives in Neo Destiny (2002) with the three-star symbol. All were also printed in Italian. Shining Gyarados, with its red Gyarados, is the most iconic; Magikarp is the cheapest but in strong demand in high grade. Check the edges and the foil, which is prone to scratches.
