What to know
The Neo Genesis Lugia holo (2000) is the reference card of the second generation and one of the hardest to find in high grade: the print is notorious for poor centring and foil defects. The Italian 1st Edition is highly sought after. English print variants exist; check the “Edition 1” stamp and the condition of the edges.
